This policy explains what cookies are, how Moxidra S.A.S. uses them and how you can manage them through our consent banner, aligned with the Google Consent Mode v2 standard in force during 2026.
2. Cookies we use
We use strictly necessary, functional, analytical, advertising and personalisation cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; the rest are activated only when you grant consent via the banner.
3. Google Consent Mode v2 and Google Ads
We implement Google Consent Mode v2, a mechanism that signals to Google services (including Google Ads, ID AW-18064110603) your decision regarding ad storage, personalisation and analytics. Before you express your consent, all parameters remain in the 'denied' state, ads_data_redaction=true is applied and no personal tracking is performed. When you accept fully or partially, we run gtag('consent','update', …) and push the cookie_consent_update event to the dataLayer.
4. Consent categories
The managed categories are ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, analytics_storage, functionality_storage, personalization_storage and security_storage. You can enable or disable them granularly from the 'Manage cookies' button available in the footer.
5. Duration
Preferences are kept for twelve (12) months in your browser via localStorage. If you clear your cookies or switch devices, the banner will reappear to request your consent again.
6. Third-party cookies
In addition to Google, providers such as Cloudflare, Mapbox and anti-fraud partners may be involved, always within the corresponding technical purpose and subject to your prior consent where required.
7. How to revoke your consent
You can change or revoke your decision at any time by clicking on 'Manage cookies' at the footer or by deleting your browser's local storage. The system will re-display the banner on your next visit.
