At Moxidra S.A.S. we protect your personal information applying the standards required by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and the current recommendations issued by the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP). This policy describes what data we process, why we do so and what rights you hold as the data subject.

We collect identification data (first name and surname), contact data (email address, phone number), technical data (IP address, browser type, operating system, date and time of access), and behavioural data generated by cookies and similar technologies, always subject to your prior consent through Google Consent Mode v2.
We use your data exclusively to: (i) respond to enquiries received through the contact form; (ii) send information about projects published on the platform when you have requested so; (iii) comply with legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations (Law 25,246); (iv) improve site performance through aggregated and anonymous statistics.
Processing is grounded in your express consent, in the pre-contractual and contractual relationships you may hold with Moxidra, and in compliance with legal obligations in force in the Argentine Republic.
Data is retained for the period strictly necessary to fulfil the stated purposes and, in any event, for at least ten (10) years when accounting, tax or anti-money-laundering regulations so require.
We do not sell your data. We may share it with technological providers (hosting, analytics, communications) acting as data processors under confidentiality agreements. Where providers operate outside Argentina, we guarantee adequate protection standards under Section 12 of Law 25,326.
As the data subject you can exercise, at any time and free of charge, your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and objection by writing to contacto@moxidra.com.ar. You may also submit complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information (www.argentina.gob.ar/aaip).
We apply technical and organisational measures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, TLS 1.3 encryption, role-based access control, periodic audits and internal awareness programmes to minimise risks of loss, alteration or unauthorised access.
Our platform is intended exclusively for people over eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
We may update this policy to reflect operational, legal or technological changes. The current version will be published at this URL, indicating the date of the latest review.
